Our dual-process wood cleaning system deep-cleans your floors, removes haze and leaves a natural shine — without sanding or refinishing.

  1. Inspect, Sweep & Protect
    We inspect your wood type and finish, sweep or vacuum to remove loose debris and protect adjacent surfaces and baseboards.
  2. Dual-Pass Machine Cleaning
    A multi-wash floor machine with two soft nylon brushes (around 650 RPM) gently scrubs along the grain to lift soil from grooves and between boards.
  3. Cleaner + Drying Agent
    The first pass uses a powerful yet wood-safe cleaner. The second pass uses a cleaner with a drying agent so floors dry quickly and are left residue-free.
  4. Buff To A Natural Shine
    Finally, we use a 17", 175-RPM floor machine with a soft white pad to buff and even out the finish so your floors look rich, smooth and ready for immediate use.
