Yes. We follow the furniture’s cleaning code and colorfast test first. W/WS fabrics allow carefully controlled water-based cleaning; S-coded fabrics get low-moisture or approved solvents; X-coded items are vacuum-only. We tailor chemistry, moisture, and heat to protect seams, cushions, and trims.
We treat common issues—food/drink spills, body oils, and many pet accidents—with fabric-appropriate spotters and deodorizers. Some stains (dyes, inks, set-in tannins) and long-term odor sources may not reach 100% removal, but most seating looks and smells dramatically fresher after service.
Cleaning improves appearance but can’t reverse physical wear. UV fading, fabric pilling, seam stress, or compressed foam are structural/age-related issues. We’ll point out anything beyond cleaning so you can plan repairs or replacements as needed.
Most pieces clean in 45–90 minutes depending on size, soil, and fabric. Typical dry time is 2–6 hours with airflow. You can speed drying by running ceiling fans and opening windows when weather allows. Please avoid sitting until cushions are fully dry.
Please clear small items and toys, and secure pets. We lift/reset loose cushions and clean accessible areas of stationary sofas and standard recliners. We don’t service motorized/mechanical parts or move oversized/fragile pieces (pianos, aquariums, built-ins). We’ll work carefully around what remains.
