From kitchens and foyers to showers and lobbies, Angelos Hard Floor & Duct Cleaning restores natural stone and tile the right way. We identify your surface—marble, travertine, limestone, slate, granite, or porcelain—then match pH-balanced chemistry and controlled pressure to lift soil from pores and grout without haze or residue.
After a hot-slurry rinse and rapid drying, we can hone or polish to remove wear and finish with a penetrating sealer that helps repel stains and simplifies upkeep. Expect richer color, tighter grout lines, and floors that feel truly clean. Ready to revive your stone tile surfaces?
Why Top Stone Tile Pros Use pH-Balanced Cleaning, Controlled Pressure, and Professional Sealing
Stone and tile respond best to a precise, step-by-step process. Angelos Hard Floor & Duct Cleaning begins with identification (marble, travertine, limestone, slate, granite, or porcelain/ceramic) and pH testing to select the right chemistry. After thorough dry-soil removal, we apply a stone-safe pre-spray—alkaline for greasy grout and a neutral formula for calcium-based stones like marble and travertine—allowing proper dwell time. Agitation with a counter-rotating brush machine lifts soil from pores and textures while edge tools detail corners and baseboards. Grout lines are scrubbed separately to break up embedded soils and soap film.
Next, we perform a controlled hot-slurry rinse: adjustable pressure (typically 600–1,200 PSI for tile, much lower for natural stone) flushes soils without etching or driving water beneath the floor, and a high-flow extractor immediately recovers the slurry. Surfaces are speed-dried, then honed or polished if needed to remove etching and wear. Finally, we apply a penetrating sealer to stone and a premium impregnator—or optional color-seal—to grout, improving stain resistance and day-to-day cleanability. The result is richer color, tighter grout joints, and a surface that stays cleaner longer with simple neutral-pH maintenance.
