We remove old wax and soil, neutralize the floor, then apply fresh, durable finish so your vinyl tile looks renewed and is ready for everyday traffic again.

  1. Sweep or Vacuum To Remove Debris
    We start by sweeping or vacuuming to remove loose dust and debris so the stripping solution and pads can focus on the finish and embedded soil.
  2. Strip Old Wax & Finish With Rotary Machine
    Using a heavy-duty floor stripping solution, a 17" 175-RPM rotary floor machine and high-productivity stripping pads, we break down and remove built-up wax and soil from the main areas.
  3. Detail Edges & Extract Dirty Solution
    Edges and corners are scrubbed (often by hand) to remove finish build-up, then the dirty solution is extracted so old wax and soil are removed, not just moved around.
  4. Neutral Rinse & Fresh Coats of Finish
    We apply a clean water neutralizing rinse to leave the floor residue-free, then apply two to three coats of highly durable urethane floor finish for a clean, even shine and better protection.
